As we look at this protocol we will see that it has to do with the indigo color of the rainbow. When you look a this color it gives off  a feeling of blissfulness, a sensation of health.

As this color represents the 7th chakra which is found above the head it is safe to say that wellness is a full state of beingness, that is experienced when all the bodily functions are working in harmony with one another.

When we look at the word wellness we realize, that this is not something that people are in their natural state, that this is really a state of beingness that needs to be nurtured so we may continue to stay well.

Due to stresses in our lives we sometimes find ourselves in situations that we need to get away, get away from it all, we need to re-charge or find ourselves again or re educate ourselves to get back on track.

Rainbow health has designed the perfect retreats just for these reason. As indigo is the color of higher consciousness the Rainbow protocol has put forth a set of integrated retreats for you to help you rejuvenate your soul!

“the sense of community that organized religion can provide”

When we take a close look at the similarities of these two word we discover at large that both these words consist out of groups of people being together either as teams, supporters or opposition.

As this protocol has to do with the green ray of the Rainbow and sport as well as community are mostly all found together on the greener fields of the earth it is appropriate to associate this protocol with sport and communities who really go hand in hand together if you think about it.

The colour green represents the heart as well as health. living green as the saying goes.

Being able to work in teams and live and work in community makes it necessary to work with heart energy. As relationships are formed and barriers are crossed between the social indifference that we face in the world, we move closer toward a healthier world a healthier people a healthier nation.

Using this protocol for integration allows people to come together as one whether we stand on the field or weather we are in the crowd, we are one! We can look each other in the eye, face to face, as we dance together and drum the vibrations of equality.

As green represents the 4th chakra which is also the heart chakra it makes it evident to see that if we as a people can integrate our communities through sport, we will be able to move toward a higher state of beingness.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing Definition –

Energy Healing is a form of healing that manipulates, restores or balances the flow of energy in the body. The energy is channeled through the practitioner to the client, helping remove energy deficiencies and blockages, which then activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.

Alternatives for Healing…

When we begin to understand our selves as an energy system that consist out of various anatomical structures, then we can take an ever deeper look into the Rainbow Protocol as this protocol has to do with the yellow ray of the rainbow. Yellow is known to be the colour of the self.

Yellow is also the same colour as the sun, which provides solar energy to the earth to feed and sustain nature as well as the human bodies.

Through understanding the body through its various systems we are able to apply various techniques of energy healing to assist with the body’s natural processes of healing itself.

As the energy systems of the body are not largely understood by many, when speaking about energy bodies or healing, people would rather follow the wester medicinal trend.

Taking this matter into consideration it is very much suggested that a person takes a look at one self and begin to educate oneself on matters of the self. As the colour of yellow also represents the self, the sun, solar energy also relating to the sole.

Bodywork & Massage

/ˈbɒdɪwəːk/noun

1.the metal outer shell of a vehicle.

2.therapies and techniques in complementary medicine which involve touching or manipulating the body

Massage Therapy Definition | Northwestern Health…

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities).

The second rainbow protocol deals at large with personal body work as well as methods a person can use to help with an individuals healing process. This protocol focuses on the orange ray of the rainbow and allows an individual to start looking inward to ward the cellular network structure that maintains the body and keeps it health. The orange ray also represents the second chakra which is known as the sacral chakra.

When we take a look at the definition of the two different words then we will notice that touch plays a huge roll on the road toward healthy living.

In using the word touch we will notice the rise of emotions and feelings thus the chemical stimulation that give rise to the inner feelings makes us realise that all our feelings come from either an external force or an internal thought thus the way we interact with the world and the different types of living entities defines our personalities as well has how we relate to the world.
