When we take a close look at the similarities of these two word we discover at large that both these words consist out of groups of people being together either as teams, supporters or opposition.

As this protocol has to do with the green ray of the Rainbow and sport as well as community are mostly all found together on the greener fields of the earth it is appropriate to associate this protocol with sport and communities who really go hand in hand together if you think about it.

The colour green represents the heart as well as health. living green as the saying goes.

Being able to work in teams and live and work in community makes it necessary to work with heart energy. As relationships are formed and barriers are crossed between the social indifference that we face in the world, we move closer toward a healthier world a healthier people a healthier nation.

Using this protocol for integration allows people to come together as one whether we stand on the field or weather we are in the crowd, we are one! We can look each other in the eye, face to face, as we dance together and drum the vibrations of equality.

As green represents the 4th chakra which is also the heart chakra it makes it evident to see that if we as a people can integrate our communities through sport, we will be able to move toward a higher state of beingness.
